Love Christmas card challenges. Not as much as I love my pups, but maybe as much as I love having my teeth cleaned...and that's saying something. The card below is inspired by several different challenges, all of them truly wonderful. I have to admit, I really like this card. I almost always use someone else's card for inspiration. I just did this one and was very happy how it turned out. So I made several. Happy dance.
I made another version that would fit the same challenges, but to be honest...it's pretty ugly. Apparently there really is such a thing as too much bling. :-) I am submitting this to the following challenges:
Jingle Belles: Jingle Belles are blinging!
CHNC Challenge #119 : use the word Christmas
CHNC Extra: Anything goes as long as it's Christmas
CCAYR: Oh Christmas Tree
Love your CAS Xmas tree card, fab! Thanks for joining us @ CCAYR.x
ReplyDeleteElegantly beautiful - thanks for entering both of my CHNC challenges - hope to see you again soon. X
ReplyDeleteI adore that tree ... who makes it? ... it's so perfectly elegant and it looks very special decorated with bling. Awesome holiday card design ... so very glad you joined us at jingle belles.
ReplyDeletehappy dance, indeed! what's not to LOVE about this gorgeously understated and elegant holiday card?!?! (having said that, i still contend the "too much bling" premise is nonsense... but that's just me... lol!!!) :) :) :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely CAS card. That tree stamp is wonderful. :-)
ReplyDeleteOh I agree - that tree is amazing, I'd love to know who makes it too. Such a wonderful card and the perfect touch of bling! Although I'm not so sure I agree that there is such a thing as too much bling. Ha ha! Thanks so much for joining in on my prompt over at Jingle Belles :-) !!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful CAS card! That tree is absolutely gorgeous and I love the gems you've added. Thanks so much for joining us at Christmas Cards All Year Round and we hope to see you back again soon. "Hugs" Carol, DT
